The option of putting more exercise back into your schedule might be sitting there. It could be time to build up a new habit and you want to back into moving more often. You already know that when you exercise you feel better. Why is it so tough to just get started again?
Walking around the house is one option. Is it easier to just take a walk outside? Running the daily errands might be an option for racking up the steps. The trip to the store might be a quick way to sneak in some additions to your daily step counts. If you park farther away from the entrance to the store, you might be pumping up your numbers without even trying too hard.
Another option might be adding a new item to your shopping list. Are you going to spring for a treadmill or a walking pad? If you are limited when it comes to space, this might do the trick. It might be tougher to come up with the excuse of not walking when you can just jump on the treadmill.
