Do you have any light bulbs around the house? You might start searching around the house for the regular locations where you keep them. You open up the drawer, but you notice that they are all gone. Now, you have to get a light bulb the next time you go out.
There is a dollar store right around the corner, but there is also the big box store that is not too far off as well. Are you going to wait to make the trip to the big box store for the brand named light bulb? Some people might have a favorite brand when it comes to certain products. If the lights are not turning on and it is a big deal, solving the problem fast and at the lowest price might be the main point. The dollar store light bulbs might not have the big electronics brand names, but they might get the job done.
The plr product might get the job done for the right price, for this scenario. For other types of shoppers, it might not be the way to go. Real estate investors might have different ideas when it comes to lighting. They might remodel bathrooms and kitchens and they might replace fixtures and want to get different types of expensive bulbs. They might not need to get light bulbs from the local dollar store. They might shop at the big box stores that specialize in hardware. Shopping for lights at lowes or home depot might be more in line. Getting the cheapest light bulbs they can find might not fit into the overall idea. The real estate investors might not have a problem with spending more on light bulbs that could potentially turn into a big real estate transaction.
